Project scope involved the provision of mechanical and electrical engineering services for
the design of a new 30,000 square foot athletic training building to house trainer and
coaching offices, locker rooms and training rooms. The project was designed to achieve
LEED Certification. The building was designed with a new stand alone chiller and a copper
fin tube boiler for the heating plant, to serve several air handling units.
