DWG is currently providing full service architectural, engineering and construction phase services for the programming and design of a central cooling and heating plant to serve multiple buildings located on the campus. The project includes the planning and routing of underground chilled water piping and hot water piping. The building is designed to provide 1,000 tons of cooling to the campus with the space to add another 1,000 tons for expansion of the campus facilities. The plant is planned to replace the existing air cooled chillers at many of the existing buildings and to provide cooling to the campus with more energy efficient equipment.
