DWG was the prime contract for a renovation that involved updating the electrical service, a new chiller and modifications for ADA compliance at the Murray Infirmary a medical clinic on the campus of The Citadel. The existing facility contained asbestos materials and required demolition of the ceiling and structural modifications. Electrical installation was required for the new HVAC equipment, floor plan modifications and ceiling removal.

Provide all labor, equipment and materials to remove existing chiller, pump, AHU’s, heaters, lay-in ceiling, plaster above ceilings, ductwork, electrical system and air distribution. Provide all labor, equipment and materials to install lay-in ceilings, new gypsum ceiling, (to replace plaster), new smoke barrier, new insulation above gypsum ceiling, new chiller, AHU’s, pump, terminal units, ductwork, air distribution, electrical system, and emergency generator.
