Project scope involved the provision of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services for a 19,200 square foot recreation center and multiple site facilities. The recreation center consists of a full size gymnasium, multi-purpose room, administration and office spaces, ganged restrooms and concessions stand. The mechanical systems include multiple rooftop heat pumps with energy recovery or desiccant wheels and 40-tons of split system heat pumps serving the gymnasium. The plumbing system consists of domestic water and waste services required for the ganged restrooms and concessions stand.
