Of most notable are 116 Meeting Street and 93 Broad Street. Each of these projects began with an analysis of energy use and sustainable design measures. 116 Meeting Street utilized improvements to the HVAC system and building envelope to improve indoor air quality and energy efficiency. 93 Broad Street utilized LEED sustainability concepts and is scheduled to achieve LEED Certification.
