DWG Consulting Engineers announces promotions of three employee-owners to Principal
DWG, Inc. Consulting Engineers (DWG) announces the promotion of three employee owners Mark Uyak, William Billard, and Jill Meyer to Principal.

As a principal and team leader, Uyak is a critical part of the DWG mechanical design team. His thirty-one years of mechanical engineering experience provide him with insight into the construction side of the building industry. Uyak, a registered professional engineer, currently oversees a group of mechanical and electrical engineers and helps navigate them through the design of municipal, commercial, educational, and government projects.
Meyer is a registered professional mechanical engineer with eighteen years of experience and was hired at DWG in 2007 as their first female engineer. She manages a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, primarily specializing in healthcare. She has received multiple design awards and recently was selected by the Charleston Regional Business Journal as one of their Forty under 40 honorees.
Billard is a registered professional engineer and LEED-accredited professional with sixteen years of experience in mechanical engineering. As a team leader, he manages a team of design professionals and has worked on hundreds of projects in the Charleston area and many in the Virgin Islands. He has built relationships with institutions throughout the Lowcountry, covering the K-12, higher education, municipal, and federal markets.
