Project scope involved the provision of mechanical and electrical engineering services, for renovations to Fire Station No. 3 in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This Station was commissioned to explore the programmatic requirements and design solutions that established the standard for the Hilton Head Island Fire and Rescue Team. The newly renovated 7,900-square-foot facility features of a new 3-bay, captain’s and fire chief’s offices, day room, dining room, sleep rooms accommodating for 3 shifts of 6 people in each, as well as storage and support areas.
