DWG Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and communication engineering design for the Beaufort County Courthouse, a two story structure approximately 62,000 sq ft in size.  The building had numerous moisture intrusion problems, typically at the EIFS/dissimilar material joints, in addition to leaking internal roof gutters.
