Project Description
DWG is providing mechanical and plumbing engineering services for the comprehensive renovation of all group restrooms and select classroom and common space restrooms at the 72,000-square-foot Pepperhill Elementary School in North Charleston, South Carolina. The project encompasses full fixture replacements, including toilets, sinks, and exhaust fans, as well as the installation of new domestic hot water and return lines to replace point-of-use water heaters in select classroom restrooms. The renovations aim to modernize the facilities, enhance energy efficiency, and improve overall functionality, aligning with Charleston County School District's commitment to maintaining safe and healthy educational environments.
