Project Description
DWG provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering services for the Charleston County Azalea Complex. This project was ground up new construction and was Design Build. The project’s buildings are an administration building, a facility maintenance and radio shop, and a public works shop. The administration building is a two-story, 36,500-square-foot facility that is currently slated for Green Globes certification. The facility maintenance shop is a single story 14,500-square-foot facility comprised of mostly office and shop space. The radio shop is a single story 7,500-square-foot warehouse space. The public works shop is a 37,000-square-foot facility.
