Project Description
DWG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design engineering services for a 175,000-square-foot, three-story healthcare and office facility located on Rivers Avenue in Charleston, SC. DWG provided a fire alarm, low voltage, security system, security camera, card access, and a first responder radio repeater system design. The HVAC system consists of air-cooled chilled water rooftop units and a VAV distribution system. The entire 3rd floor is licensed through DHEC and features a generator backup.
