Project Description
DWG provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) design services for a new golf course clubhouse that includes a 1,757-square-foot pro shop, 526-square-foot locker room, a 125-seat dining room, 31-seat bar in The Players’ Pub, and a 4,354-square-foot porch overlooking the 18th hole. The facility also features a basement for golf cart storage and was designed with a chilled water HVAC system and emergency power to ensure comfort and reliability. DWG coordinated integral phase planning to support temporary clubhouse operations throughout construction, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
