DWG Inc., Consulting Engineers, has once again earned a spot on the list of Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The 2025 rankings will appear in the September issues of Charleston Regional Business Journal, Columbia Regional Business Report, and SC Business Report.
The Best Places to Work in South Carolina program recognizes outstanding employers who positively impact the state’s economy, workforce, and business community. This marks DWG’s second consecutive year receiving this honor, a testament to our commitment to fostering a positive, rewarding workplace for our team.
The selection process involved a two-part survey. First, each company was evaluated on its policies, practices, and demographics. Second, an anonymous employee survey measured the overall workplace experience. Scores from both phases were combined to determine final rankings. Best Companies Group conducted an independent survey and analysis. Honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on August 25, 2025, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
