Project Description
DWG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection consulting services for a feasibility study and design of the renovation to the four-story Stevens Barrack facility. The project includes renovation of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for that facility along with the replacement of the steam distribution system and supplementing the chilled water distribution system on that side of campus. The project also includes phased boiler replacements in the existing central steam plant and chiller replacement at McAlister Hall.
