Project Description
DWG provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems design for the Town of Mount Pleasant’s new Public Services Fleet Maintenance Complex. The facility comprises three distinct structures: a two-story, 20,000-square-foot administrative building, an 18,500-square-foot fleet maintenance facility, and a 20,000-square-foot covered transfer station. DWG’s design supported the town’s operational needs with efficient, durable systems tailored for public works functions. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, delivering long-term value and reliability for municipal services.
